Mandheling coffee is named after the Mandailing people who inhabit northern Sumatra. Sumatran coffee dominates Indonesia’s coffee industry with 60-70% of the country’s total coffee volume being produced here. Our Sumatra Mandheling coffee beans come from smallholders in the Aceh province, where rich soil and high altitudes make up an ideal environment for growing Arabica coffee.
