The Decelerate decaf is an organically processed coffee that uses mountain water to naturally remove the caffeine from the beans without chemicals that can potentially be toxic in the body.

Starting from the Marcala region of Honduras—the beans are harvested, and fermented using the same honey process as our La Concepcion, then get shipped off to Descamex in Mexico where the beans are de-caffeinated. From there they get sent to us, roasted, and shipped to you.

All of the care and processing results in a nice and bright, sweet coffee with chocolate like notes—very similar to our Las Lomas from Guatemala, but without the jolt.
